Seasport Divers - Open Water Referral Program

The open water referral dive program is ideal for those who have completed all the classroom and pool work at home and just need to do the dives. Many people coming to Kauai get open water certified this way!

You'll complete all your book and pool work, quizzes and tests with your local dive shop. Then while visiting Kauai you’ll spend just two half days to complete your certification in Kauai's warm and clear waters.

Two options are available: Do all 4 necessary dives, or if you have already done dives 1 and 2 and just need dives 3 and 4 to complete your certification, that's possible too (just make your selection when checking out in the cart).

Program Inclusions:

Program includes all equipment, instruction and either 2 or 4 dives

If you need to complete 4 dives in total, dives 3 and 4 can be done from a boat for an additional fee (boat dive upgrade).

If you need to complete 2 dives in total, you can choose to do them both from shore or both from a boat (boat dive upgrade).

Restrictions:
The minimum age to participate is 10 years. There is a medical questionnaire that needs to be filled out and passed to participate in scuba activities. If participant fails the medical questionnaire (if there is a YES answer to any of the questions), a doctor must give a written statement that scuba activities are safe and allowed for this participant prior to going scuba diving.

Special Notes:
Seasport Divers is a member of the Universal Referral Program, which recognizes NAUI, SSI, NASDS, IDEA, PDIC, TDI and the YMCA. So if you have started your Open Water Certification class with any of these agencies, you can complete your class with Seasport Divers in the warm, clear waters of Kauai.
