Gunstock Ranch - Sweetheart Ride
Gunstock Ranch is a 400 acre working ranch located at the base of the Ko'olau Mountain Range on Oahu's North Shore, near the Turtle Bay Resort. The Ranch is home to some of Hawaii's best horseback riding trails. Meandering through the majestic Ko'olau Mountains you will come to viewpoints that overlook miles of Oahu's finest coastline.
The Sweetheart ride is a two-hour guided ride for just the two of you (private ride) into the mountains to a quiet picnic spot, where your wrangler tour guide will leave you alone to enjoy a picnic lunch while taking in the beauty of the Hawaiian country. The picnic lunch includes croissant sandwiches, local fruit, chocolate covered macadamia nuts, water and Hawaiian Sun fruit drinks. You and your sweetheart will be left to enjoy the peace and serenity of nature for half an hour after which your wrangler will return to help you re-mount your horses and guide you home.
This horseback riding tour is great for honeymoons and anniversaries or any celebration! You can do the sweetheart ride for just the two of you or have a bigger party since the ride is just your group.
Regular Ride: This ride is suitable for all skill levels. It is a walking-only ride, no trotting or cantering will be allowed. Advanced Ride Upgrade: Experienced riders can choose an advanced ride that provides the opportunity for controlled trotting and cantering within the ride. All riders in the party must be experienced in order to do an advanced ride.Tour Highlights:

- Standard picnic lunch - Cold cut sandwiches on brioche bun (your choice of turkey, ham, or roast beef), served with delicious fruit, chips, a drink, and chocolate chip cookies.
- Gluten Free lunch - A deli sandwich on gluten-free bread, served with fruit, chips, a drink, and gluten-free cookies.
- Vegetarian Salad lunch - Tossed green salad with dressing and a side of fresh fruit, chips, a drink, and tasty cookies.
- Vegetarian Sandwich lunch - Hummus, lettuce, and tomato sandwich on brioche bun, served with delicious fruit, chips, a drink, and chocolate chip cookies.
