Traveling in Hawaii on a cruise ship? Pre-arrange your shuttle transportation from the Honolulu International Airport (HNL) to the Pier at Honolulu Harbor.

Our friendly airport representative will meet and greet you at baggage claim and provide luggage / porter service. International guests will be greeted outside of customs.

Each guest is allowed 2 suitcases and 1 hand carry. Additional baggage may cost extra and will be paid directly when you arrive at your shuttle.

Where and When:: Arrival: You will be met as you exit your flight. The sign will say "Roberts Hawaii". The representative will be in a yellow Aloha shirt. If the representative is not at baggage claim, pick up a courtesy phone and let them know you need Roberts Hawaii and your location.

Restrictions:: Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made outside of 48 hours from service day are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours from service day are non-refundable. If you would like to make a change to your reservation outside of 48 hours, if there is availability, we may be able to accommodate. Please call our reservations office at 1-866-482-9775 or 808-892-2082.

Please contact us if anyone in your party has special needs. If you require an ADA lift bus, we do require at least 48 hours a notice to secure availability.
Special Notes:: Children under the age of 4 years old are complimentary if they can be securely held on their guardian's lap. We do not provide child seats. If the guardian requires a seat for the child under the age of 4, the regular rate will be applicable.
