Whether you need transportation to and from the Honolulu airport and your Waikiki hotel or the cruise ship pier, VIP Trans is always ready to be of service. They offer 24/7 service year-round.

Each passenger is allowed 2 pieces of luggage (one checked luggage and one carry-on luggage). Carry-ons must be placed on your lap and in your possession at all times.

Airport Shuttle Inclusions:

Transfer via air-conditioned shuttle between Honolulu Airport and Waikiki hotels or the Honolulu Pier

Special instructions

Where and When:
You will be met in baggage claim or outside of customs depending on where your flight is coming in from. Our porters wear red shirts with VIP Trans written on them. They will assist you with your luggage and will cart them out to the shuttle bus that is waiting for you.

Restrictions:
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the pick-up time.

Special Notes:
ADA: Please contact us if anyone in your party has special needs. We do not handle non-collapsible wheelchairs. Any children 5 years and below are free as long as they will be seated on a lap of an adult. Also, on commercial vehicles, car seats are not required. However, you will need to pay for a seat if you are planning to bring your own car seat and use it.
